Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Sparrow Farms is an agricultural business based around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
