Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Ridge Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Pittsburgh region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
