Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Timber Early Learning and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
