Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Iron Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
