Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Quarry Foods is a Pittsburgh food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
