Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Fox Property Management Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 386 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to rent collection at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent collection. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
