Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Willow Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
