Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Phoenix, AZ)

Bright Drift Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Phoenix with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to public records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
