Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Orchard Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Phoenix, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
