Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Maple Construction Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
