Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Phoenix, AZ)

Cedar Clear Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Phoenix. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
