Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Phoenix, AZ)

Fernwood Clear Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Phoenix area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system.
