Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Bright Birch Farms and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
