Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Philadelphia, PA)

Foxglove Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Philadelphia region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
