Stonegate Kestrel Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
