Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Orlando, FL)

Amberfield Umber Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Orlando. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
