Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Orlando, FL)

Ironwood Ridge Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
