Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Omaha, NE)

Summit Field Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Omaha. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
