Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Nest Manufacturing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework.
