Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Clear Farms and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
