Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Clear Farms is an agricultural business based around Omaha. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
