Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Lakeside Freight and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We reward reliability. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
