Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Thistle Pharma develops and makes medicines in Omaha, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
