Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Umber Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Omaha. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system.
