Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bright Union Health Group is a healthcare provider in Oklahoma City with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 336 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
