Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Northwind Glen Farms and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 981 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
