Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Oakland, CA)

Highbridge Mill Civic Services supports public agencies in Oakland with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to procurement at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support procurement. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
