Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Haven Construction and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
