Clearpath Pine Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system.
