Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (New Orleans, LA)

Westbrook Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the New Orleans region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
