Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Pine Manufacturing Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
