Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Oak Foods Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 347 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
