Highbridge Linden Civic Services works with county and city offices around Nashville, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to permits at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support permits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
