Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Union Civic Services and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to constituent requests at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
