Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Yarrow Health is a healthcare provider in Nashville with clinics and support teams, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
