Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Umber Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
