Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Corner Early Learning runs childcare centres in Nashville caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 862 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
