Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Nashville, TN)

Cedar Union Facilities looks after properties across the Nashville region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Keep stock linked to supply orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supply orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
