Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Bright Markets and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
