Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Bridge Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Minneapolis region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
