Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Minneapolis, MN)

Greenridge Cedar Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Minneapolis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
