Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Minneapolis, MN)

Greenridge Meadow Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Minneapolis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 707 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
