Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Minneapolis, MN)

Silverline Meridian Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
