Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Oak Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Minneapolis area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
