Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Wilder Pharma develops and makes medicines in Minneapolis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
