Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Linden Facilities and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep stock linked to work orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support work orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
