Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Rook Press is a printer and publisher in Milwaukee serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to paper stock at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support paper stock. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
