Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Pine Markets and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
