Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Oak Freight and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Miami. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
