Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Field Manufacturing Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 732 people based in Miami. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
